The first hour after opening and the final hour before closing are usually relatively calm. Weekdays outside school holidays can also be quieter, so we’ll take this into account when planning your proposal.
Are we free to explore the rest of the garden ourselves afterward?
Yes, you can continue exploring the garden independently after the one-hour proposal and photography session, as long as the Hortus is still open.
Can we add a flower bouquet, or bring extra flowers and decorations?
A flower bouquet can be added through the booking form as an extra. Beyond that, additional flower decorations or a larger floral setup aren’t included in this package, since that would require renting the garden privately. If you’re interested in that, just reach out to us.
Will other visitors likely notice the proposal happening?
Hortus Botanicus is a public garden, so other visitors may be nearby. This is why the package is rated medium rather than high privacy. Choosing a quieter time of day and a more secluded area can help reduce the chance of interruption.
